VELOCITY PLANNING
Velocity Planning combines the agency’s creative philosophy and its latest approach to the strategic media planning process. To introduce the Velocity Planning model to clients and the agency at large, we went beyond creating a standard brand/design system and developed an official device for visualizing this new way of working. This was the creation of the Velocity Planning Cogs, which articulate the three main stages of the planning process and how they interlock to drive the new agency methodology. To support the roll-out and adoption of the Velocity Planning model, we built an online training hub, educational modules, and custom badges to indicate completion of the training.
